Data-mapping of Reporting Data Elements
In addition to the traditional charts and graphs provided with the Reporting module, ReportBeam™ includes complete Geospatial / Data-Mapping analysis capabilities. The Geospatial Analysis™ module enables users to display all of the data points (within a report) on an aerial map of the identified location.  The ability to view report data on a map provides a graphical view of trouble/problem areas where incidents continue to occur.

ReportBeam™ enables data to be displayed on three types of maps: 1) satellite map, 2) bird’s-eye-view map (showing the exact incident location), and 3) standard graphic map.  Users can seamlessly alternate between displaying data on each of these map views and the standard report chart format. 

In addition, when data in displayed on any of the map views, a “flag” on the map identifies each requisite reporting data element.  Utilizing the web-based interface, users can “roll-over” any of the flags on the map and summary information related to that item will appear on the screen.  By clicking-on the flag, the form/document associated with the specified incident is automatically recalled – along with any associated support files.

The ReportBeam™ solution contains a complete mapping engine that contains all requisite map views.   However, agencies may also integrate any additional third-party mapping data (ie – ESRI shape files) into their deployed solution.

In addition to the Geo-spatial™ functionality, the ReportBeam™ solution also provides: Electronic Forms™, Workflow & Approval™, Reporting™ and eCommerce™ functionalities.
