Standard and Ad-hoc Reporting Capabilities
In addition to the Workflow & Approvals™ module, ReportBeam™ provides supervisors (and other authorized personnel) the ability to create unlimited dynamic reports.  Every data-field within every document completed in the ReportBeam™ system can be queried.

ReportBeam™ provides a powerful Reporting™ wizard capable of creating unlimited ad-hoc (customized) reports, and establishing standardized reports that are utilized repeatedly by agency personnel.  Users simply select the applicable timeframe and data-elements, and instant access is provided to reports regarding incident locations, statistical trends, officer activity, etc. ReportBeam™ also provides the ability to drill-down into specific data elements and report variables. 

For each report, ReportBeam™ automatically provides a chart format with a standard column-row lay-out.  However, users can easily re-format the data into corresponding bar charts, pie charts, line graphs, and other statistical graphics.     

In addition, ReportBeam™ provides the ability to export the report data into other Reporting™ and analytical programs.

The unlimited reports and statistics within the Reporting™ module of ReportBeam™ provide the basis for creating focused, usable information for proactive policing. For example, a report can show an increase in criminal incidents between 2 A.M. and 4 A.M. at an intersection near a pub or bar.  This information can lead to increasing patrols during specific late-night hours to stop offenders and save lives.
