APS can electronically generate and auto-complete ANY agency form (traffic/parking citations, crash reports, tow slips, etc) utilizing a mobile computer. The APS solutions work in conjunction with an agency’s mobile data system to enable officers to complete an electronic report/form with one-click – utilizing the information provided within the mobile query data files. APS can also electronically transfer the report/form data to any back-end RMS or Court system or store in the APS ReportBeam™ Field Based Reporting System. Products

QuickTicket
The APS QuickTicket™ application populates an agency’s current citation/ticketing form (or newly designed form) with the data returned from NCIC and Motor Vehicle queries, and/or the information provided on a driver’s license. Officers select the applicable violation from a drop-down menu on the computer screen – and the appropriate statute number, fine amount, and court information is automatically entered on the ticket.

QuickCrash
The APS QuickCrash™ application enables an officer to complete 80% of a crash/accident form with the data returned from NCIC and Motor Vehicle queries (and/or the information provided on a driver’s license). To complete the crash/accident form, officers add a narrative description and diagram.

QuickForms
The QuickForms™ module enables APS to create an electronic version of any agency report, citation/ticket, form, or other document. The APS forms can be utilized as stand-alone documents (where officers enter the information) or they can be created as forms to be populated with information returned from the mobile data queries or driver’s license information.

SmartImport
The APS SmartImport™ is an application for agencies that utilize the TraCS (Traffic and Criminal Software) system to complete electronic forms, including accident reports and citations. SmartImport™ enhances the functionality of the TraCS system by providing a direct interface between TraCS and the agency's mobile software.

SmartExport
The APS SmartExport™ application instantly and seamlessly transfers data from APS electronic forms to any server location. The data can then be conveniently retrieved by any back-end Record Management System (RMS) and/or court system. SmartExport™ eliminates the need for manual data entry and provides a 100% accurate and reliable method of importing data from any field form, report, or ticket.

ReportBeam
Forms can be purchased separately or as part of the APS ReportBeam™ Field Based Reporting Solution, which enables agencies to automate the supervisor review/approval process, generate all necessary management reports (standard and ad-hoc), conduct intelligent analysis of summary data, and offer internet access to publicly-available form and reports.
